Not as a nice sounding ‘spiritual’ concept; but as an embodied experience felt deep within your body.
Imagine you were completely at ease in your own skin. Imagine you were glowing with vibrant well-being. Imagine your sexuality was an integral part of your feminine expression. Imagine you gave yourself all the love and care that you longed for.
At this time, many women find themselves feeling over-stretched by the driving pressure of the day to day. We have achieved wonderful advances in the world to have careers and financial independence, yet still carry the bulk of the labour in the family and home life. Not simply the physical labour of housework but also the emotional labour of caring for others whether partners, parents, children, or friends.

Radiant Self-Love for Women is an opportunity to explore, experience and integrate embodied self-love. Leaving you shining with vitality and radiance.
Over this beautifully held immersive journey, learn how to:
- awaken your feminine essence
- connect with your body as a barometer of your wellbeing
- shed the layers of self-consciousness that prevent you from being your most radiant self
- get into touch with your boundaries and express them with clarity and compassion
- ask for what you want and be open to receive truly it
- activate the energy of your heart to feel more love for yourself and others
- return to a state of erotic innocence
- drop into a space of “deep rest”
Modalities incorporated into the weekend include meditation, self-enquiry, movement and dance, massage and touch. All held within the magical space of a woman only group.
There is space to explore and embrace your sensuality and sexuality. When we fully allow pleasure in our body – not as a performance or to please someone else – it becomes a potent expression of us as women.
Each activity is an invitation, not an instruction. You are welcome to go at your own pace and there will be no pressure to engage with any activity that does not feel right for you in the moment. Sensitivity to our body and what feels right for us moment to moment is one of the most precious gifts that we can give ourselves and others.
